Architecture built for three years from now, not just today
For new projects we lay the right foundation. For existing apps we plan modernization without stopping delivery.
With you on every architecture decision
New app architecture
Module structure, layers, state management, navigation and dependency strategy, documented as ADRs.
Modernization
Incremental migration from UIKit to SwiftUI, from Java and XML to Kotlin and Compose, without stopping the app.
Modularization
Split a monolith into independent modules to cut build times and let teams work in parallel.
Platform strategy
Native, cross-platform or hybrid? A reasoned recommendation for your product, team and budget.
RFPs and vendor selection
Tender documents, evaluation criteria and proposal reviews to help you pick the right team.
Team setup
Role definitions, technical interview design and candidate assessment.
Pragmatic, documented and owned by your team
We recommend architecture for the problem it solves in your context, not because it's trending. Every decision's rationale is written down, so your team understands it long after we leave.
- Context-driven choice between Clean Architecture, MVVM, TCA and others
- Modern async design with Swift Concurrency and Kotlin Coroutines
- Testability designed in from the start
- Decisions recorded as Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
Renew without rewriting
“Let's rewrite from scratch” is often the riskiest option. For most projects an incremental path delivers results faster.
Measure
Map the current state, dependency graph and hot spots.
Draw boundaries
Define core modules and interfaces; new code is written inside them.
Migrate gradually
Move screens and features one by one behind feature flags.
Clean up
Remove legacy code, re-measure metrics and report the gains.
When it helps, we write the code with you
Advisory and audits come first. But on projects where we set the architecture, we can build critical modules, the first release or a reference app together with your team.
Since 2009 we've shipped more than 18 native apps across media, retail, healthcare and enterprise. That field experience is behind every recommendation we make.
- Reference implementation and project skeleton
- Critical modules: payments, sessions, offline
- Handover and training for your team
Common questions
How long does an engagement take?
Architecture for a new app usually takes 2–4 weeks. Modernization runs over months and is most often delivered through the fractional architect model.
Will our team have to change its tech stack?
No. Our recommendations account for your team's skills and existing investments. If change is needed, we propose an incremental plan.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work remotely with teams in Türkiye and abroad, and run discovery workshops on site when useful.
