See the real state of your app, backed by evidence
We review your iOS and Android codebase across eight dimensions and deliver a measurable scorecard, prioritized findings and a roadmap your team can start on right away.
If one of these sounds familiar, it's time
“We're about to accept code from our agency, and we don't know what to look for.”
An independent audit before acceptance turns quality expectations in the contract into something concrete.
“We ship fewer features every sprint.”
We measure and rank the architectural bottlenecks and technical debt slowing you down.
“Investors are asking about the state of our mobile stack.”
We produce an impartial, readable, evidence-based report for due diligence.
Eight dimensions, each with a clear checklist
Architecture and modularity
The structure that decides how your app grows.
- Layering and dependency direction
- Module boundaries and build times
- State management and navigation
Code quality
How easily the code can change, today and tomorrow.
- Static analysis: SwiftLint, Detekt
- Complexity and duplication metrics
- Use of Swift Concurrency and Coroutines
Testing strategy
How safely changes can be made.
- Test pyramid and coverage
- Testable design and dependency injection
- Flaky tests
Performance
The speed and smoothness users feel.
- Cold start time
- Memory leaks and energy use
- List and rendering performance
Security
Checks based on OWASP MASVS.
- Sensitive data storage: Keychain, Keystore
- Network security and certificate pinning
- Authentication and session handling
CI/CD and release
The path from a change to your users.
- Build time and reproducibility
- Signing and environment management
- Phased rollout and feature flags
Stability and observability
Seeing problems before your users do.
- Crash-free rate and trends
- Logging and error tracking
- Consistency of analytics events
Accessibility and UX
An app that works for everyone.
- VoiceOver and TalkBack support
- Dynamic type and contrast
- Platform design guideline compliance
What a finding looks like in the report
Every finding is written clearly enough for a developer to address within a sprint.

Three levels of depth
Scope and duration depend on codebase size and number of platforms.
Quick health check
A fast, high-level picture before a decision.
- One platform
- Focus on architecture and code quality
- Executive summary and top 10 findings
- 1-hour presentation

Common questions
Is our code safe with you?
We sign an NDA and work with read-only access. When the audit ends, access is revoked and local copies are deleted.
Will the report blame our team or our vendor?
No. The report evaluates the system, not people. It calls out what's done well and is written constructively.
Do you audit cross-platform projects (Flutter, React Native)?
Our expertise is native iOS and Android. For cross-platform projects we can review native modules, architecture, security and release processes. We agree the scope on the first call.
Who implements the improvements?
Recommendations are written for your team or vendor to implement. If you like, we support implementation through the fractional architect or mentoring models.
How is it priced?
We work on fixed-price proposals. After hearing about your codebase and goals on the first call, we send a clear quote within 2 business days.
Let's build your app's scorecard
A short call to agree on scope, then a fixed-price proposal.
